These Terms of Service govern your use of csheat.com and its services. By accessing, signing in to, or registering for our services, you confirm that you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We may modify, add to, or remove parts of this agreement at any time, with changes taking effect immediately and without prior notice. We reserve the right to notify you of any changes. You may terminate this agreement by discontinuing your use of our services.
1. Definitions
- You/user: Any natural person registered, signed in or accessed our services.
- Us/we/our: means csheat.com, it's controlling operator & owning company.
- Services: access to and interaction with the features of csheat.com including the purchase, trade and sale of CS2 in-game skins from and to users over csheat.com.
- Balance: A cumulative representation of unit trade token. The balance, and by extension, the trade token, allows you to use CSheat.com services. The balance, while represented in USD, holds no monetary value. It is intellectual property, and its exchange is honored by us. We reserve the right to dishonor, restrict, freeze, remove or delete this balance at any time without a provided reason.
- CSheat.com: The digital marketplace operated by csheat.com. Csheat.com offers the infrastructure permitting trading and exchange of CS2 skins between different users. It does not act as a party in the user-to-user agreements or commitments made between each other.
2. Services
- Depositing: The act of exchanging crypto or fiat by the user for balance.
- Withdrawing: The act of exchanging balance for crypto or fiat by the user.
- Fees: A deduction in user balance which may be applied by us for using any of the services.
- Purchase: Buying an CS2 in-game item using balance.
- Sale: selling an CS2 in-game item using balance.
- CSheat account: an account created and given to you upon the signing in with your steam account. This account is personal to you.
- Trading: the action of purchasing, selling, bidding, bargaining, withdrawing, and depositing.
- Trading extension: A browser extension developed by us aimed to provide enhanced trading safety, trade offers filling and tracking.
3. Acceptable Use
Usage of your account outside the framework outlined by this agreement counts as a term of use violation. In the event of concern or evidence of violation, we reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary. Actions taken can be but not limited to any of the following (1) Account related enforcement action as outlined in section 4, (2) legal action and (3) notifying law enforcement authorities.
The usage of our services in any of the following listed manners, explicitly counts as a violation:
- Usage of automation tools; running scripts, bots, extensions or any automation tool for any reason including but not limited to, purchasing, selling, bidding, bargaining of CS2 skins OR scraping or extraction of data from csheat.com.
- Lending or giving your csheat.com account to anyone else.
- Using a fraudulent way to bypass KYC or identity authentication.
- Passing or transferring balance through csheat.com trading services.
- Reversing trades on steam.
- Changing your tradelink.
- Providing a false statement to the csheat.com trading escrow system.
- Attempting to find or exploit vulnerabilities in our services.
- Trading misconduct: interacting with our services outside the expected trade process as outlined in section 5.
- Engaging in hate speech, profanity, insults or racism against our staff or other users on the site.
- Engaging in any form of advertisement that is not explicitly authorized by us.
- Tampering with the trading extension in any way or any form.
- Attempting to defraud or scam other users using any mean.
- Using explicit or foul language directed at us or other users using any of the communication channels or infrastructure provided by us.
4. Account Enforcement Action
When a violation is suspected or found, the following account related actions to your csheat.com account may be taken by us as deemed necessary or sufficient.
- Account balance restrictions.
- Temporary or permanent account suspension, including restrictions from using any services, such as balance withdrawals, deposits, and purchasing or selling CS2 items.
- Fees or penalties deducted from your account balance. The value of the fees and penalties applied is chosen by us according to what we deem appropriate.
- Account termination, including loss of account access and blocking login to csheat.com through your Steam account.
You are not entitled to any compensation claim for any damages realized due to the application of any of the actions listed above.
5. Acceptable Trade Process and Transactions
Csheat.com provides trade tools and an escrow system designed to support the safety of users involved in transactions. Any user who engages in conduct that is contrary to the expected trade process outlined below will be considered to have violated these Terms of Service. In such cases, enforcement action may be taken in accordance with Section 4. Users are expected to follow the trade process as set out below.
As a Buyer, you agree to the following:
- When you purchase directly or through a placed buy order, win an auction, or have your bargain accepted for an item listed on the marketplace, the seller will send the item to you through Steam.
- You must accept the Steam trade offer containing the item within the designated time frame.
- You may not decline or counter the trade offer submitted by the seller.
- You must ensure that your trade link is valid and that your inventory remains public throughout the trade process.
- After accepting the Steam trade, you may not reverse the trade. Any reversal of the trade will be considered a violation of this agreement.
- During the trade period, the balance spent on the item will be placed on hold.
- Once the trade period has passed and no trade reversal has occurred, the held balance will be deducted from your account.
- You may not block the seller at any time during the trade process.
- If a dispute arises between you and the seller through our escrow system, you must respond honestly and within the specified time frame.
As a Seller, you agree to the following:
- When a buyer purchases your item by winning an auction, having a bargain accepted, purchasing it through a buy order, or purchasing it directly at its listed price, you will be prompted to confirm the sale.
- If you confirm the sale, you must deliver the item to the provided Steam profile and trade link within the designated time frame.
- Once you have sent the trade offer, you may not cancel it unless we instruct you to do so.
- After the buyer has accepted the Steam trade, you may not reverse the trade. Any reversal of the trade will be considered a violation of this agreement.
- You may not block the buyer at any time during the trade process.
- The proceeds from the sale with the respective fees applied will be added to your balance once the trade reversal period has concluded and the item has been successfully transferred.
- If a dispute arises between you and the buyer through our escrow system, you must respond honestly and within the specified time frame.
Errors or technical issues that may prevent you from complying with the acceptable trade process outlined above may occur. In such circumstances, you are required to contact us through our support channel. We reserve the right to evaluate your good faith and the circumstances that led to your failure to comply with the acceptable trade process, and to take any account-related action that we deem sufficient or necessary.
When you attempt to deposit or withdraw balance, you agree that you will not:
- Engage in, facilitate, or attempt any money laundering activity.
- Use our services as a currency exchange, crypto exchange, payment processor, or money transmission service.
- Attempt to circumvent, evade, or violate any applicable economic law, regulation, restriction, sanction, or limitation through use of our services.
All transactions made through our services are final and may not be canceled, reversed, refunded, or compensated. You may not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, refund request, or compensation claim against us or any of our third-party payment providers. Failure to comply with any of these requirements will be considered a breach of this agreement, and we reserve the right to apply any of the enforcement actions described in Section 4.
At any point while you use our services, we may restrict your account while requiring you to complete identity verification. Failure to comply, or any attempt to provide false or misleading information, will be considered a violation of this agreement. Accordingly, we may apply any of the enforcement actions outlined in Section 4 and may report the matter to the relevant authorities.
6. Disclaimers
CSheat.com and its related branding, content, features, and services are our copyrighted intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse any part of our services without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free and flawless services nor are we liable for any downtime, interruption, error, technical issue, loss, damage, or other consequence arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services, including issues caused by matters outside our reasonable control, third-party platforms, Steam, payment providers, network failures, technical bugs, or other external services.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or third-party service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
- The accuracy, completeness, or content of this Site or any linked sites;
- Any services offered on this Site or linked sites;
- Personal injury, property damage, or third-party conduct;
- Unauthorized access to servers or user data;
- Interruptions, viruses, or harmful code;
- User-generated content or objectionable material;
- Any losses related to balance, Bargains, Buy Offers, CS2 items, or Steam trade activities (including reversals, escrow, disputes, or app-related issues);
- Any auto-generated outputs, financial losses, market fluctuations, delays, or failures in services.
IN ANY CASE, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 USD.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law, regardless of the legal theory, and survives any termination of these Terms or your use of the Site/Services.
